Registration for the 2026 SLMQG Retreat is available for MEMBERS ONLY.

All pricing includes meals (additional details below).

To minimize double-booking, rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and will be marked as “sold out” once (1) person has checked out.

The total paid at checkout is for YOUR individual rate. With the exception of the bunk rooms, you are responsible for finding your roommates or paying the full room rate.

We will reach out after registration to confirm your roommate names and will invoice them directly to pay the remaining room balance. The total cost is listed for each room. If you wish to share beds, we are happy to divide the room charges additionally amongst occupants.

Overview

The Annual 2026 Salt Lake MQG Retreat is on the calendar, and registration is now open!

We love gathering for this annual tradition before the holiday season is in full swing to spend some much-needed time as a guild creating, relaxing, and making new friends. With on-site lodging, a full kitchen, a large sewing space, pressing stations, and cutting stations, we have everything in one place!

As last year, we will be adding a couple of games, optional project instruction time, and will be hoping to complete a few charity quilts as a group in between our sewing/eating/sleeping/repeating!

Registration Options and Pricing

One of the perks of this venue change is the restroom situation. In addition to a ground-floor restroom, each suite has private toilet/shower options.

Cowboy Suite - Queen Twin Twin - $1140 ($380 each)

Private bath: Toilet, sink, walk-in shower

Sportsman Suite - Queen Queen Twin - $1140 ($380 each)

Private bath: Toilet, sink, walk-in shower

Redcliff Suite - King Queen Twin - $1140 ($380 each)

Private bath: Toilet, sink, walk-in shower

Ranchers Suite - Queen Queen - $760 ($380 each)

Wasatch Bunk - 5 Twins (not bunk beds) - ($280 each)

"Bunk” indicates a freestanding twin bed - no ladders necessary!

Private bath: Toilet closet, 2 sinks, 2 walk-in shower stalls

**The best way to go about getting placed in this room with your friends is to have one person check out with multiple beds, and pay them back. Because of our group size and the high interest in overnight spaces, the beds in this room will be on a first-come, first-served basis and will not be invoiced separately this year.

Mountain Bunk - 8 Twins (not bunk beds) - ($220 each)

"Bunk” indicates a freestanding twin bed - no ladders necessary!

Private sink & toilet. Note: 4 toilets & 4 shower stalls separate from the sleeping area.

Cabins- $360 ($180 each)

Nice pillow-top mattresses, insulated, electricity, heaters. No bunk beds.

Please note that there is NO plumbing to the cabins. Restrooms and showers will be available via keyless entry inside the main lodge ~ 75yd walk.

**Cabin pricing will be paid in full at checkout and is calculated for double occupancy. You are responsible for picking a roommate and dividing costs between one another.

***If you wish to add more roommates to your cabin, they will just need to purchase a 3-Day Pass. This ensures that we account for tables/spacing properly.
