Updated Bylaws

The Modern Quilt Guild requires all local chapters to maintain accurate bylaws in coordination with their overarching organization structure.

With the inclusion of their regulations, the current Salt Lake Modern Quilt Guild Board has updated our group’s bylaws to best reflect our purpose and guild culture in the year of 2025.

An in-person vote to officially induct the new bylaws will take place at the September 18th, 2025 SLMQG meeting.

View fullsize The 2025 Challenge Quilt is due soon! The theme this year is Block to the Future, taking a quilt from the past and bringing it "to the future" by recreating it using modern fabrics and design. -Quilts must be finished by November 20th. -Q
